We are over halfway through 2022 and still experiencing an extremely busy market! In the past few weeks, our team has agreed many sales and lettings, again there were a lot of contracts agreed on the first day of doing viewings.
Although traditionally Spring and Autumn used to be the busiest months in real estate, we are not really seeing that divide anymore as we are still experiencing a shortage of available properties. This is good news for anyone who is thinking about selling, as we still have a lot of qualified buyers who are ready to move. There is a high demand for 5000sqft properties with pools and annexes in Hale, Wilmslow and Alderley Edge as we have many buyers looking for this at the moment.
