As we discussed in our previous newsletter, the UK property market recorded its busiest start to the year since 2016. We noticed this in our office as well. Our award winning, independent team has agreed many sales and rentals the last few weeks. We have seen a very busy property market and often experienced properties being sold or let on the first day or week of doing viewings.
As always we have agreed sales and lettings off market, one being a penthouse in a prime location in Wilmslow, which was let furnished.
