UK Property Market Records Busiest Start Since 2016
As March has begun we would like to share another newsletter with you to give you some more information on everything that has happened at our office.
Market Updates
The UK property market recorded the busiest start to the year since 2016 according to property website Zoopla. With the soaring demand, new homes being listed for sale are 5% above the five-year average according to the website. This was especially noticeable in January, in which half of the properties where sales were agreed were bought within three weeks of coming to the market.
At Benson Bunch, we have agreed many sales and rentals already in 2022, so we are also experiencing a busy market in which demand is far higher than the supply. Therefore, if you are thinking of selling or letting your current property, please do not hesitate to contact us for a free valuation.
When looking for a property, please remember that we also have an off market service, in which the properties will not be advertised or marketed online. At the moment we are selling and letting a lot of properties via this service, therefore making sure that you are registered with us and your requirements are up to date is key when looking for a property. If your circumstances, budget or areas of interest have changed, please let us know so that we can update this for you in our database and make sure you will receive properties that match.
For an overview of properties that were sold and let this month, please have a look on our website or social media channels.
Electric Car
Some other exciting news from the Benson Bunch office is our brand new company car, which will be arriving shortly. The car will be fully electric and you will be able to spot us more easily during viewings as it will have our logo and details on. We are looking forward to driving to viewings and appointments in it soon!
Supporting Women's Day
Lastly Benson Bunch has supported Cheshire Socialites International Women's Day Charity lunch this Thursday in Hale. As a female led business, it was great to meet and celebrate inspiring women as well as connecting with the local community.
Spring time is usually one of the busiest times in the property market and with the busy start we have had already, we look forward to seeing what spring brings for us.
