As a result of the pandemic, the government introduced a temporary stamp duty holiday for residential properties worth up to £500,000 effective from 8 July 2020 until 31 March 2021. With only 2,5 months to go before the stamp duty holiday expires, we have rounded up the best stamp duty free properties available in Cheshire at the moment.
