Yes, this is very useful because you can see live information whenever you want to. This includes for example information on accounts, any ongoing maintenance, property safety records, inspections, and general tenancy information for my property portfolio in one place.
Is there anything else that you would like to add about the company’s management service?
I like that the rent is paid on the same day every month, which is good for cash flow- plus the fee is proportioned monthly from the rent, rather than at the start of the tenancy. Again, this is good for cash flow.
